Tent and floor installation for the event “Grain Road 2026”
“Grain Road” is one of the largest and most important agricultural events in Lithuania, annually bringing together thousands of visitors, farmers and business partners. This year we had the opportunity to contribute to the installation of the infrastructure for this event at the Raseiniai airfield.
The main event space was one of our new products this year – a 25 × 60 m modular tent ARCUM25W with 1,500 m² of prefabricated “Flat White” wooden flooring . This solution provided even more space for event activities and comfortable movement of participants.
We also set up an entire tent city from our range of smaller CLASSIC5W and CLASSIC10W modular tents, which were added to our range, where the exhibition partners settled. We offered these models to the client because of the possibility of installing advertising triangles and adapting the partners’ printing solution. Advertising triangles installed on the tents with partners’ printing helped visitors to recognize the exhibition partners more easily and gave the tent city a unified look.
We added an advertising ring with the symbols of the “Grain Road” to the welcome and passage tent, thus highlighting the theme of the event and creating a representative entrance to welcome participants.
This was one of the biggest projects of the season, requiring careful and lengthy preparation, smooth logistics, and excellent teamwork.
