Tent and event space installation for Agrokoncerns Great Outdoor Days 2026
For the Agrokoncerns event “Big Outdoor Days 2026”, we set up a space for visitors’ meetings and presentations. The main space of the event was a 15 × 25 m modular tent ARCUM15B with a black roof and a combination of black and transparent walls. To welcome guests, we additionally installed an 8 × 4 m black arched tent AT32B.
We surrounded the main tent with an 80-meter-long advertising ring, which highlighted the company name and gave the event space a unified image that was recognizable from afar.
Since the tent installation site was paved with openwork blocks, we installed 300 m² of Rola Track flooring. This solution allowed us to form a solid, smooth surface, ensuring stable standing of furniture and comfortable movement of visitors. We covered the floor with black carpeting, which matches the overall style of the space. For presentations, we installed a 6 × 3 m, 40 cm high podium, the top of which we also covered with black carpet.
To maintain better air circulation in the tent, we installed four air mixers, which contributed to the comfort of the participants during the event.
