Tent rental for the EBIT 2026 executive conference
For the EBIT 2026 executive conference held at Vilnius Grand Resort on June 11–12, 2026, we installed a 20 × 40 m modular tent ARCUM20B and an arched tent AT32B with a stage platform .
For the main conference space, we proposed an 800 m² ARCUM20B tent , whose high, curved roof provided spaciousness and space for scenography and technical equipment. The wide, continuous interior space allowed for comfortable seating arrangements and good visibility of the stage – which is especially important for an event where the main focus is on the speakers and the content on the screens. We combined the black roof and black walls with transparent walls. The dark background of the tent complemented the conference image and helped to highlight the stage lighting and video content, while the transparent walls opened up the view to the green surroundings of Vilnius Grand Resort. In this way, we created a space adapted to the conference, while maintaining a connection with the venue.
We installed the tent on pre-installed wooden floors, coordinating the fastening with the customer’s prepared fastening zones. To improve air circulation, we installed seven air mixers , which helped maintain more comfortable conditions for participants throughout the two-day event.
We additionally installed a stage: an arched tent AT32B with an 8 × 4 m stage platform. We adjusted the platform height to the slope of the site, forming a flat base. The arched roof and black tent details matched the main conference space.
For this project, the tents were adapted taking into account the scale of the event, the intended functions of the spaces, technical requirements, and the overall image of the conference.
