1. General Provisions
This privacy policy shall regulate the principles and the procedure for the collection, processing and storage of the main personal data of the client (hereinafter – you, yours) of the online shop (hereinafter – www.palapiniumagnatai.lt) of “Elektpro”, JSC, code of the legal entity 302813436, registered office: Šilutės pl. 56, LT-94181 Klaipėda, Lithuania.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data shall be established by this privacy policy, the provisions of the legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, and, first of all, by General Data Protection Regulation and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.1.1.2 the second manner of personal data collection is when www.palapiniumagnatai.lt receives information through cookies, by the consent of the User to process his personal data on the legal basis, collects it automatically when the User uses the website of the online shop www.palapiniumagnatai.lt and its options;
2.1.1.3 the third manner of personal data collection is when www.palapiniumagnatai.lt receives information on the User from the third parties, such as Facebook, Inc., Google, Inc. Instagram Inc. Youtube Inc., on the basis of the consent of the User. Instagram Inc. Youtube Inc.
2.1.2 Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
2.1.3 Personal data is being constantly updated.
2.1.4 Personal data is stored no longer than it is required by the set purposes for which the data is processed or stipulated by law, provided that they establish a longer period of data storage. Direct marketing data – 5 years from the receipt of the consent or until you withdraw your consent. Personal data obtained from filled in registrations shall be stored for 10 years from the termination of the relationship between the client and the company, except when longer terms for the data storage are established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.1.5 Personal data shall be processed only by such personnel, which is granted such a right.
2.1.6 Any information on processed personal data shall be confidential.
2.2 www.palapiniumagnatai.lt respects the right of every one of you to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, age group, address, phone number, E-mail address and other information provided in the registration form of the e-shop) shall be collected and processed for the following purposes:
2.2.1 to process your orders;
2.2.2 to issue financial documents (e.g. invoices);
2.2.3 to solve issues in relation to the delivery of the items;
2.2.4 to execute any other contractual obligations;
2.2.5 for the administration of the online orders;
2.2.6 Swedbank AB – for the settlement for the items/services by bank transfer and bank cards at the physical store;
2.2.7 Paysera – for the settlement for the items/services by bank transfer;
2.2.8 www.palapiniumagnatai.lt shall have the right to involve other service providers for the processing of personal data. The company seeks to ensure that service providers comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, laws and other mandatory legal acts.
3. Transfer of Personal Data to the Third Parties

3.1.2 The Seller shall have the right to transfer information to the third parties only in order to achieve the objectives provided in clause 2.2.

5.4 to erase your personal data or to suspend the processing of your data (except for storage) (the right to erase and the right to be forgotten);

Any changes to the provisions of the Privacy Rules shall come into force from the moment of their publication on the website of the Online Shop. Further use of the services of our website shall mean compliance with these Rules. All arising disputes and disagreements shall be resolved by negotiation. In case of failure to negotiate, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
