Since the beginning of our business, as our customer base and order volume grew, we began to look for ways to optimize our operations. After assessing the challenges of tents maintenance, we decided to invest in two state-of-the-art specialized tents washing machines designed to clean all types, thicknesses, and colors of PVC awning fabrics.
This solution has paid off handsomely – work that previously took several days is now done several times faster and more efficiently.

Services offered
Washing tents with a drum washing machine
Tents are carefully placed in a drum washing machine, where the appropriate program is selected based on the type of material and soiling. During washing tents are washed in a rotating drum, the water flow and temperature are carefully controlled. After washing tents are rinsed and, if necessary, disinfected. Finally, they are inspected after washing and dried naturally.
Drying of tents
The natural drying of tents is done in a well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight. Tents are hung out manually with a drying system installed to dry evenly. We also ensure good air circulation so that the material dries completely and does not form mold or unpleasant odors.
Washing and drying tents with a belt washing machine
Tents are attached to the conveyor of the belt washing machine, which automatically moves them through the washing, rinsing and drying stages. First tents are sprayed with a special shampoo to remove surface dirt. Then, tents are moved by a conveyor into the machine, where the washing cycle begins. Two soft, rotating brushes thoroughly clean the surface of tents. After washing tents travel back, where rinsing takes place and at the same time a fan is turned on, ensuring fast and effective drying. The dried tents are prepared for further use or storage.
Results
Tents used outdoors are constantly exposed to various weather conditions – from dust and dirt to rain or snow. Although they are made of strong and durable materials, regular cleaning is essential to maintain their quality and appearance. It is recommended to wash tents not only when they are visibly dirty, but also as a preventative measure – especially before and after the season. Properly maintained tents not only look good, but also perform their function longer, avoiding frequent changes or expensive repairs.
